Oh no, I found this to be an alright ending to the series so to hear that there’s a Toy Story 5 in the works makes me think that this movie was completely pointless.
It wasn’t the strongest of the series, in fact I’d say it’s the weakest. Very predictable once Woody and Forky had entered the antique store.
The ending dragged on faaaaar too long! I’d be fine for this to be the end of the story, no more Toy Story movies required. Thank you, please 🙏🏻
Wanted to watch again after seeing Malum a couple of nights ago.
I didn’t really remember the movie at all, saw it back in 2015 and have only seen it the once but I loved it. I preferred the low-budget element. Both this and Malum get a lot of things spot on, the paranoia, the descent into madness.
Great movie, definitely recommend - watch Malum too 👌🏼
I’m not entirely sure what I’ve just watched but that’s kind of what I want from a Brandon Cronenberg movie.
It was enjoyable enough but if you were to ask me what the film is about then I would tell you that I haven’t got a clue. Mia Goth was enigmatic as ever - great performances all around.
Decent slasher however it follows Kevin Williamson’s typical framework. If you’ve seen Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer etc. then you know exactly how this movie is going to go.
The motive was completely unexpected for me despite the film being called “Sick” 😂 I just didn’t see it coming…
Worth a watch.
