Listen. I watched this on the heels of roasting a dish of frozen broccoli in Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, too-thick slices of leeks that were tough in the way that only accidentally overwintered leeks can be tough, and canned mushrooms, all seasoned with the signature spice blend that even my edible-dullened palate finds vaguely troubling.
