Paul Hibbard’s review published on Letterboxd:
I went to watch part 3 in this series and decided to watch this one again. It's just that great.
The moment in this movie when Silly Games ends, and everyone continues singing, is literally everything. It's a group of people connected so much, despite a larger society that will find any way to discriminate, that they all just know to keep going. To keep singing. They are all so locked in, and they follow their own rules because, as we saw in Mangrove, those who make the rules don't always have their best interests in mind. So they make their own rules. Which includes continuing a song when it's over and until they're ready for it to be over.
Maybe my favorite scene of 2020
