Great message, bland ass film.
Also I'm from Sheffield. It's always cool to see your hometown on the screen.
The commentary on social media/technology was very heavy-handed, but aside from that I had a blast!
I haven't laughed that much at a film in a while, the furby scene had me in tears. You have to love that pug as well.
It has the zaniness and high-octane energy of a Spider-verse but feels slightly more exhausting this time round. There is so much happening on the screen at ALL times.
Despite the flashy visuals, the film doesn't forget to develop the family members sufficiently. The viewer is also encouraged to accept their own and other's imperfections by the end.
