    The horror genre's my everything, but in my day-to-day life, I'll admit I don't watch enough indie and underground cinema. That's one exciting thing about horror festivals, my favorite being Nightmares Film Festival here in Columbus.     The initial movie in this franchise works for two reasons. First, it has genuinely creepy sequences. Second, it's believable enough to suit its found-footage format. What's so disappointing about this third installment is it doesn't deliver either of those key elements.
