OxfordComma’s review published on Letterboxd:
In which, MGM mostly recycles a bunch of songs and those two intrepid youngsters, Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney put on an improbable and elaborate show. You watch this for the two leads and not much else. Rooney does some very good impressions and Garland sings her heart out. Be warned, there is an unfortunate number in blackface.
