Reasons I love Kiki's Delivery Service:
The funniest Ghibli film.
One of the best Ghibli protagonists.
Some of their most likeable supporting characters.
Beautiful animation, particularly the city setting.
The colours.
Jiji.
All of the other animals.
The way it quietly but effectively deals with themes of depression and loneliness.
However, I still find the ending to be really rushed and a bit too dramatic compared to everything that happens beforehand. The end credits somewhat make up for it but I can't give this movie five stars as much as I want to. Still one of Miyazaki's and Ghibli's best films though.
