    I don't know if anyone else noticed, but there's a fly on Elio's shirt when he's looking at the fire at the end of the movie as it's snowing outside. If this is supposed to symbolize his memories of the summer with Oliver, as he would be visited by flies often when he was alone, that is pure cinematic brilliance.
