Somehow this movie gets worse and worse every festive season...
WHAT, A BAD TIM ALLEN XMAS MOVIE?
I know, crazy right?
*Tree catches on fire*
'...I wanna make shoes!'
Buddy: 'I'm singing, I'm in a store and I'm singing. I'm in a store....And I'm...Singing-'
Gimbles: 'Hey! No singing in the North Pole!'
Buddy: 'Yes there is!'
Gimbles: 'No there's not!'
Buddy: 'We sing all the time. Esspecially when we make toys.'
I'm not going to lie. I would loudly sing like an idiot in a store if I thought it would lead to a night with Zooey Deschanel...
'The best way…
This was surprisingly decent! As far as unnecessary reboots of classic films go!
I mean, compared to that cringe all female reboot, this was an absolute masterpiece of a film.
I do think it relied way too heavily on the classic one and tried to tie it way too closely. I think it would have been stronger to have the odd call back but make it unique, it's own thing.
This is definitely going to follow Jurassic World and be…
Get ready to re-enter the swingin' 60's!
I don't even know where to begin. So the plot excellently splits two narratives, one in the present day 2021 and on during the 1960's. Both of which take place in London.
Elouise is a sheltered and awkward girl just entering University to study fashion. It is confirmed that durig the past she has had problems with mental health related to schizophrenia.
During dream like states, she watches and at times embodies Sandy,…
Slightly better than the first one, so I guess there's that?
Still funny. Not in the intentional way but the humour was there.
Woody Harrelson gives the best performance of the film, through the spine-chilling serial killer Cletus Kassady.
The visual elements to the storytelling was great! If you're going to do exposition then make it interesting. (Genuinely not sarcasm).
The biggest issue is that the first two thirds of the film are a really slow burn, a build up…
I like Disney movies. I like comic book movies and TV shows. This movie has an actress from my favourite superhero TV show.
And yet, I don't like this movie.
Yes, it is unintentionally hilarious and very much a 'noughties' film. Warren is so fucking edgy and I love him for that.
The human glowstick might be the superhero we all need. So next time I'm walking home alone, I will call out for Zach to help.
P.S. the villain is fucking hot.
Bad movie. Cheesie 2000's vibes.
