If Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow got the trilogy it most definitely deserved, it would have been Marvel’s best trilogy hands down. Especially with Cate Shortland attached to it.

Scarlett Johansson is faultless and exudes excellence and the same can easily be said about Florence Pugh. Scarlett is striking, exceptional and damn near perfect. Her performance was stellar but, the flawed, complex yet empowering character she portrays, Natasha, deserved 3 films and this film was long overdue.

    Florence Pugh, I’ve said…

An outstanding revenge film by Emerald Fennell starring Carey Mulligan who played the role of Cassandra Thomas phenomenally.

“You said it was a ghost story. It isn’t.”
    “No?”
    “It’s a love story.”
    “Same thing, really.”

A “perfectly splendid” yet beautifully heartbreaking story.
Jamie and Dani’s relationship was always meant to resemble that of a Moonflower. Rare and short lived. But the beauty does lie in the morality of it all. As Flora said “Dead doesn’t mean gone”.
With Jamie retelling their story, Dani’s soul remains alive.

Bly Manor is not about the stages of grief but more so…
