Ari Aster is definitely becoming my favourite horro director as I absolutely loved 'Midsommar' so I was very excited about finally getting round to watching 'Hereditary' and it definitely lived up to my expectations even though I must admit 'Midsommar' is still my favourite Ari Aster movie.
'Hereditary' was fantastic the plot was smart, the cast all did amazing the stand outs being Toni Collette and Alex Wolff they did exceptional. The score was eerie and made you feel uncomfortable and the gore was perfect. It was a slow burn but the last 20 mins or so all made that build up worth it but I liked how Ari Aster didn't rush it just like he didn't in 'Midsommar' and then that ending was just mind blowing and will sit with you days after watching. I'm so glad I finally got round to watching this and can not wait to see what Ari Aster dose next the guys a genius.
