Also why the heck did I rate this 3 1/2 stars last time I watched it? It is such a blast from start to finish. I’ll never forget my parents popping in this bad boy when I was 6. They only saw the TV version as kids so they had no clue what was in store for us.

My god, when the dude got his bloody, beating heart ripped out I actually thought bro died irl. They turned it off right after but the damage was done and I cried myself to sleep. If you didn’t get exposed to this film wayyyy early because of that PG rating then you simply didn’t have a childhood. I can’t wait to scare TF out of my kids when I show them this 😍
