Last Night in Soho

Last Night in Soho ★★½

LAST NIGHT IN SOHO begins with lots of promising intrigue as we’re introduced to an aspiring fashion designer in contemporary London who has visions of the past & the young woman who used to live in her apartment back in the 1960s. However, as more themes & complexity are added, filmmaker Edgar Wright loses his grip on the storytelling, resulting in a maddening third act that defies logic & misses the mark. contains a multitude of dazzling visuals though & a functions as a great swan song for Diana Rigg.
