HOW TO BLOW UP A PIPELINE is propelled by a non-stop wave of urgency from director Daniel Goldhaber both technically and thematically. Precise editing, energizing camerawork & a galvanizing electronic score all pile on the intensity making this feel like a cross between Steven Soderbergh & the Safdies. Each cast member manages to get us fully invested in their characters with minimal screen time. Everyone told me I was going to love this and they were pretty much right.
