What an awful ending to the best ever romance trilogy! Sigh!

I understand that characters can change over a decade but this is not what I wish to see. My mind is not prepared to witness Jesse as a manipulative passive-aggressive asshole and Celine as an irrational over-emotional bitch. Rather, I want them to live in a healthy and happy relationship forever 😩

Though I hate the climax, I loved this film overall (not…

    Again! They did it again!

The whole conversation during the car ride shows a masterclass writing.
And in the last 10 mins, I literally cried 😩

"Baby, you're gonna miss that plane"
    "I know"

Can two people talking to each other for 2 hours straight be interesting? Yes, it can be, trust me!

It was perfect. PERFECT. Down to the last minute detail.

The overlappings in dialogues were well-written and perfectly executed. It felt very real and relatable yet so magical!

The longing for each other in the listening booth scene should be the textbook definition for introverts' love.

    Later! 😩

An art film in Tamil? Fucking yes!

This is a 100% Ranjith film. Unlike his previous works, he knew what he was doing and did what he wanted to. No compromises, straight forward and to the point.

And Rene's character getting assassinated by incels in SM is disgusting. She doesn't deserve this.

And yes, love is indeed political ❤️

Similar films: This film is so unique to Tamil Cinema and I can't think of a similar film.
