Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City 2021
Pure buttery popcorn delight that offers the same campiness, horror, gore, and cringe as the games. Should have just been adapting one of the games instead of two, but given what is presented, ended up feeling like a speedrun mashup of Resident Evil 1 and 2 (should have been just game 1 or 2 & 3, for a more concentrated story).

Under the Skin 2013
An alien learning human kindness while also killing them. Some of the best moments of the film come from the unknown/scary atmosphere of scenes. Until it reaches an ending that only begins to make you question what the film is really about.
This film at least requires 2 or 3 viewings.
I don't think I've ever seen a film that has scared, amazed, and intrigued me this much after watching, since 2001: A Space Odyssey. -

Blade Runner 2049. Directed by Denis Villeneuve (Prisoners, Sicario, Enemy, Arrival), follows the story of a new blade runner, Officer K, as he unearths a secret that sends him on a journey to find Deckard, the old blade runner from the original film.
