Review for The Final Cut
It's been a while since I watched the original cut, that being said - the production design is outstanding. It never feels that very obvious they are optical effects but rather real and original even though it's been copied a thousand time since.
The score draws you into the story and the world.
The photography is beautiful with its blend of yellow with Neon colors.
A real masterpiece and a proof of what a visionary director can archive at the peak of his power.
