Camera angles were super cool throughout. I like how the plot was pretty average but the way it was put together was very unique. You don’t know anything, and you don’t learn much about anything. It was like someone whipped a camera out in the middle of some shit going down
I can’t really recommend this movie to anyone. I was begging for it to be over. But damn imma give it a four. Had no prior knowledge of the plot and the theater experience didn’t help with revealing the fun little aspects I wasn’t aware of. Will never see it again but I can’t see any better way luca could’ve handled making this into a film. Its pretty and moving and goes against every nerve in your body. it is really something else

But like I thought this was so hilarious and fascinating at the same time. obviously bale was unbelievable but so was everyone. Even if he wasn’t psycho the whole scene of wallstreet was so crazy. Maybe there’s a reason he seems to just fit in so well

What a good one. Totally gonna rewatch and I look forward to seeing the awesome animation and hilarity of it again. An incredible take on a villain that is so real and scary and the resolution/end was. strong🐂🐂
Great story, tremendous vibes. Seen it a million times, VHS Classic, but again TV was just shapes and colors to me back then. Could be a little longer but I guess that’s what makes it sweet. So many nice people in this movie. Good change of pace. Miyakazi train rollingggggg choo choo. Who’s next?
An incredible amazing performance by Ackie and most of her supporting cast. I think the first act was stupendous but I was a little sad how the back half stumbled into simply shooting out each major part of her life onto the screen
Spectacular colors and atmosphere I just couldn’t quite get on board with the plot. Honestly I think the movie could’ve been 3+ hours and would have the chance to be perfected. If a movie could be longer that makes it a pretty damn good movie

The wind rises took me along on a journey that I don’t wanna leave. I love ghibli and Miyazaki’s ability to bring you into the world. Such a pleasant movie that plucks out the wonder and romance from a dark dark reality
