Mockingjack’s review published on Letterboxd:
I love Timothee Chalamet and he’s easily the best part of this film. Unfortunately he might also be the only good part of this film. It’s extremely unfocused and can’t decide if it wants to focus on drug markets, or be a coming of age story. None of Chalamet’s costars are on the same level as him, the dialogue is weak and the narration is awful. There’s a lot of questionable decisions made by the director as well. It’s unfortunate because in the right hands with Chalamet it could’ve been pretty great.
