The premise sounds bizarre. The plot seems questionable. Heck, even the protagonist's sidekick(s) are not even human (the dream team consists of a fly & a chimpanzee). Theoretically, it shouldn't work as a feature film, but it does so I guess my prejudice was very wrong on this one.

This film has several titles, the original one being Communion & Holy Terror. But ultimately Alice, Sweet Alice has a much nicer ring to it. The story pacing is well-played and the ambiguous ending only makes it even more chilling.
