ziggy stardust’s review published on Letterboxd:
as a middle daughter with a close relationship with my father, as we often shared childhood trips together one-on-one (which we continue to do, even as i turn nineteen soon), this felt like a punch in the gut on a personal level. another layer of hurt comes with the fact that i have been diagnosed with clinical depression for almost five years now. it may not be my own life story, but at times, it just feels so familiar to me. to say the least, it is absolutely devastating.
and love dares us to change our way of caring about ourselves. this is our last dance / this is our last dance / this is ourselves, under pressure.
