  is this my favorite installment because michael b jordan knocked his directorial debut out of the park? is it because he got to weeb out and i appreciated where his mind went as a fellow anime fan myself? maybe because him and jonathan majors have so much chemistry it could start a forest fire? (please put them in a buddy comedy or a rom com. or an amalgamation of both…) or perhaps i just enjoy two glistening black men beating the shit out of each other.

  that last scene hit me like a ton of bricks. the awkwardness between two people who never thought they would be awkward around each other after all they’ve been through, the promise (lie) to hang out again, mo driving away from zeke, from his best friend, literally from his childhood, zeke a blurry ‘memory’.

  this was sweet.

  also....unpop opinion maybe but i really like seeing mgk doing his thing and acting??? he’s very relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera. hope to see more of him.
