  Still a fine movie a year later. Yeoh and Quan are the MVPs. JLC and Hsu are very just okay. The hotdog fingers and rocks scenes never worked for me. The former feels too much like 2000’s era random-core, a la Salad Fingers. The latter doesn’t fit in at all with the characters and should’ve been trimmed down. I still believe Raccacoonie is one of the funniest bits of 2022. The people that haven’t shut the hell up about seeing…

  This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

  During my initial viewing a week ago I thought this was a pretty damn good horror flick. Then it got under my skin and I couldn't get it out of my head. For me, a great horror movie keeps me up at night, but a brilliant motion picture allows me to analyze it for days. Seeing it again has yielded much more personal praise for the film and its craftsmanship.

  Toni Collette deserves every award for her shear primal screams…
