  Not a good film. 
  Evidently filmed without a script, it shows. 
  Universal bait and switched the audience by giving Lionel Atwill big billing and he is hardly in the film 

  So why did I give this movie two stars?

  It has SHEMP HOWARD 

  He gets the 2 stars 

  No one else 

  It’s a 65 minute movie that seems twice as long

  A hitman’s job goes sideways in Paris. When he goes home, his girlfriend is severely beaten. This calls for revenge.

  I have seen a shitload of contract killer movies, and this might be the simplest, yet most fun, movie that I have ever seen in this genre .

  It is almost an existential film, focusing on The Killer’s thoughts and thought processes, rather than a heck of a lot of action. It is unique in this regard. And David Fincher…
