I think this is the first Marvel movie that is TOO funny. Every dramatic or emotional moment seems to be undercut by a joke 2 seconds later. And quite a few of the jokes go on way too long. Thankfully most of the jokes land and it's still a hugely entertaining time. The story, though thin and a little all over the place, is emotionally powerful and it really nails its ending. Baby Groot is the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life.
