Yeah, animated perfection.
Edit: I was too tired to really get into my love for this movie the night I watched it, but having ruminated on it some, I just can't praise the visuals in this movie enough. Stop-motion is always going to appeal to me; I think it's one of the most beautiful and creative forms of animation, let alone filmmaking in general. Wes Anderson perfectly translates his unique style, both visually and in terms of the story/dialogue, to this medium. I'm already a huge fan of Roald Dahl's work, and I like seeing it imbued with Anderson'a humor. It's just... a lot of fun. Great, great movie.
