There were many aspects of this which made me feel quite nostalgic, even though I didn’t live any similar situation to those being shown. It somehow really reminded me of my childhood? The set design and cinematography made even the most mundane things look almost dream-like, which I guess makes sense, because when you’re a child, you see the world through different lenses, slowly taking in your surroundings.
