A fun, witty, and fresh take on this movie style was fucking spectacular.
I just loved the first 55 minutes. It was flawless. Did not expect this movie to exceed to expectations. The exposition doesn’t take long to explain all the information of what you need to know. The soundtrack was also marvelous.
The storytelling was phenomenal. The characters were all greatly introduced, and their development was good too. The depth of regret and redemption was amazing. Just way the story was told to us the viewers was just...I have no words.
“I guess my point is, we'll eat tonight, and we'll eat together. And even in this not particularly flattering light, you are without a doubt the five and a half most wonderful wild animals I've ever met in my life. So let's raise our boxes - to our survival”.
The second-last part of the film was a good way of closing out the story. Fantastic Mr. Fox is the one of the milestones of animated storytelling. This movie seriously is one of the best animated movies ever made.
