Multiverse of Madness is a solid installment to the MCU. While it might not be the best of the MCU, it certainly served as an enjoyable thriller of an adventure across the multiverse.

Multiverse of Madness has its ups and its downs. The cameos were great to see and had me excited. However they were killed off wayyyy too early, and they should’ve just kept to the massacre of the Illuminati to a minimum. Definitely not the entire heroes.

Strange definitely could’ve had better character work done on him in this film…considering it’s his second movie. I’m not saying he didn’t have any development, but it was very little and could’ve had more which would’ve been more impactful.

Now with the strength of the film, Wanda is literally the best part of the movie. The film only works because of her reason to kill and hunt down the book. Wandavision and AOU give a good backstory to her, and her character arc ends in a phenomenal way. As we see her face her kids and they see her dark side. It’s heartbreaking to see as she doesn’t get what she wants in the end and ultimately dies with the grief and guilt she has. It makes total sense of why she choose the path she choose as the antagonist. Marvel takes an impactful and thought-provoking character and makes her arc heart-wrenching. Also and not to mention Sam Raimi’s fucking horror aspects in MoM which absolutely also takes the show. The first time we see horror in the MCU is shown in a brilliantly creative way and I was so happy to see someone like Raimi take the director’s chair in this studio. Raimi just doesn’t miss with his unique ideas.

"Just Because Someone Stumbles And Loses Their Way Doesn’t Mean They Are Lost Forever"

Ultimately MoM is an enjoyable sequel to Doctor Strange, which may not satisfy every movie goer. But will satisfy fans looking for a good adventure that’ll have them at the edge of their seats thanks to Raimi.
