Goddamn this is good. I love the Chet Desmond intro scene so much — it contrasts the OG Twin Peaks dynamics so well while leaving some breadcrumbs for The Return to pick up. 

This film is 100% mood; even though we’re shown Laura’s final few days in Twin Peaks, the actual events pale in comparison to the mood, a cloud of dread hanging over everything. Sheryl Lee’s performance is even better than I remember, she inhabits every possible emotion. Her screams cries laughs all resonate so deeply. 

Q&A with Dana Ashbrook and Sheryl Lee made me feel so much more connected to this series. Dana is such a funny quirky dude, Sheryl has a very calming presence. Feeling very lucky for this experience!!
