  Beautiful and workmanlike. God those split diopter shots are outrageous! If this had a groovy techno score, it would be a 9- the orchestral bombast doesn’t serve the visual tone at all.

  I enjoy reading 2012 era reviews of this movie on letterboxd, because the negative ones are really negative, and the positive ones delight me with their “it is what it is” attitude. That’s funny to me.
