I'm sorry, but 'No Time to Die' kicks ass. The frozen lake scene, in the beginning, kicks ass. Matera car chase kicks ass. Opening credits kick ass SO HARD. Obruchev's kidnapping kicks ass. Paloma kicks asses (Ana de Armas kicked my heart). Felix Leiter's death scene kicks ass. The Cloud forest scene kicks ass. Score kicks ass, cinematography fucking kicks ass, Daniel Craig kicks ass, Léa Seydoux stole my heart. And the whole third act kicks ass, with Bond's death striking into my cathartic butthole.
One last thought: Bond was eventually killed by his love and the Service he worked for. I find so much irony in that. The most profound the Bond series has ever been.
