Man, if you´re not familiar with One Piece, watching this movie must be such a trip. Around 50 characters you´re supposed to recognize when they´re introduced doing all kind of crazy shit that is simply taken for granted. Well, summarizing over 20 years of One Piece would require a whole movie of its own if not more, so it´s understandable that they make these movies for fans only. And those fans get extra class fanservice, mainly in form of insane…

Daily Horror Hunt #63 - Prompt #2: Watch an insect horror.

This isn't a good movie, but it has the wholesome charm I love about 1950s Sci-Fi. I just eat this stuff up. I don't think I'll ever stop giggling at the Wasp Woman costume. Hilarious! I had a great time with this movie, and I think it's worth a watch.

We know that Jacque Tati's fourth feature film, PlayTime, is one of the best constructed movies ever made, as it features an insanely intricate, deep, and large-scale blocking effort that has never before or after been matched in cinema.

However, what Tati does in Monsieur Hulot's Holiday, his second feature film, is also nothing short of flawless comedy filmmaking. Tati takes an observational approach to a rather snooty seaside vacation resort, deriving the comedy from the resorters actions. Of course,…

Now I've watched some serious crud over recent years, and there are moments in ‘Der Fluch der schwarzen Schwestern’ (try saying that fast 5 times with a gobful of marbles!) that had me wondering what on…
