Went into this movie hoping for more of a fun time, but was ultimately let down. Bullet Train’s biggest pros are the cast and the set pieces, but the plot is all over the place and doesn’t give itself time to breathe or settle in one place for too long. Not that that’s what the film was going for but I would’ve welcomed it in a few places. I also didn’t find the film very funny. It was starting to border on the “Deadpool-esque” humor that started to wear thin for me in Deadpool 2

This feels like the next movie destined for repeat viewing on FX that I’ll leave on for a few minutes if I’m ever scrolling through cable TV

Honestly the best part of this movie coming out is never having to see the trailer again
