Matthew L. Brady’s review published on Letterboxd:
"Time to die."
I'm devastated. One of the most courageous, bold and impeccable actors we've had the pleasure of watching. Hauer brought such a screen presence, it made the movie feel more grand and better. For playing everything from romantic leads to action heroes to sinister villains.
And of course his portrayal of Roy Batty in 'Blade Runner' and the most iconic monologue in cinema history, which was improvised by Hauer himself.
He was brilliant, he was unique. He will forever be missed.
