Screw Hollywood; Wakaliwood is really da home of da best of da best movies. Pathos reigns there, with an anything goes attitude that outdoes corporate cinema in every charming manner possible. My only compliant here is that I sincerely wanted Bad Black to be a much longer movie, as I found myself genuinely invested in its unadulterated badass approach to communal storytelling. Also, I want to see more of Bad Black and Super Zilla themselves, especially how they react post that downer of a stinger. That's probably the best compliment one can make for any earnest storyteller: I want to see more of their insanely twisted universe, one that makes Charles Dickens' best look like M. Night Shyamalan's worst. Viva Wakaliwood, and viva Ugandan cinema for bringing joy, not only to their own village, but for the entire global village at large.
