ocean’s 8 is somewhat enjoyable but also very underwhelming. i haven’t seen the original ocean’s movies so i can’t really compare it to them but as a heist film, there was nothing in this movie that really blew my mind.

it may just be because it’s an ensemble movie but i couldn’t find myself even remotely caring about any of the characters. 

That being said, i liked the scoring and the way it’s filmed. i still would like if there was a sequel because then maybe the stakes could be raised.
