Marzipan’s review published on Letterboxd:
Stars almost exclusively given for the art direction. I love imagining how tiny everything must’ve been in real life. I appreciate all the detail put into this, but I never find Wes Anderson’s characters particularly interesting or worthy of my sympathy. The main reason I even remotely liked this is probably because the characters aren’t derived solely from Anderson or Noah Baumbach’s imaginations. It was good, but I’m not as taken with it as I would like to be, as I feel about all of Anderson’s other work.
