Goes feral indeed and very cool looking as expected, but save for the nice twist regarding Kidman's character, I expected more from Eggers.
Something even more crazier (I needed more mysticism and crazier doesn't mean it JUST has to be super violent all the time) or at the very least more emotionally involving, story wise.
Hamlet's story has been told so many times that it becomes a bit too predictable and repetitive here (talk of revenge then act on it and repeat) with the characters not being as intriguing or as engaging as those seen in Eggers' previous films. Or maybe the viking revenge genre just isn't really my thing.
