the film is called “napoleon” yet i left the theater not knowing much about napoleon himself as an individual.
the battle scenes were absolutely epic (i wouldn’t expect less from ridley scott), the score was perfect and vanessa kirby was mesmerizing. the cinematography was breathtaking too, although i think the use of more colour wouldn’t harm anyone.
