  I understood very little, I heard even less and I felt absolutely nothing on an emotional level. 

  However, Nolan sure knows how to compose an action scene and you can best believe he supports them with beautiful visuals. After the tiring, informational dumping ground first third of the runtime I decided to try and experience the film more as a form of visceral art, and that was far more rewarding.
