upon rewatching this film at this particular moment in my life, frances ha reminds me how important it is to be comfortable with losing, getting lost, losing some more, and getting lost again and again and again because eventually there will be a win. life is not about some destination or a matter of when you’ll get there, but it’s really all about your journey, the struggle that pushes us to get up and put ourselves out there again, even if it means taking a few steps back… leaps even. it’s never too late to start again.
