  only managed half an hour of this and regret clicking on it but curiosity got the better of me. gervais’ openers attacking trans people made me assume he’d replaced his whole atheist shtick with transphobia, but nope! he immediately moves on to peddling the same jokes about religion that he has been for decades now. every joke feels derivative of his earlier stand up work — i have, sadly, seen them all. this is an exact repeat of his stand…
