Heathers 1989
A good send up of the false sentiment of John Hughes and the garishness of movies like Porky’s. Won’t be remembered as fondly as Clueless because it’s too tightly wound and overly verbose, edgy in a way that makes the uptight roll their eyes in sitcom fashion, and Slater’s belabored face contortions are legitimately ridiculous.
