The Gangster, the Cop, the Devil

This is exactly what you would expect from a South Korean thriller. While this might not be some of the country's best films, it's still better than most other films around.

What attracted me to the film was it's premise and Ma Dong-seok. The story of a gangster and a cop working together to find a killer sounds pretty interesting. And the movie does make the most of it. It's pretty unpredictable at times and the interactions between the police…

The Electrical Life of Louis Wain

This is a very well made film being carried by a great performance from Benedict Cumberbatch. But the movie never moved me or pulled me in. It's just there. It's based on a true story, but most of the characters feel like cartoons. The movie is just as I suspected. A typical drama with a great lead performance that has its moments. But the movie isn't more than that unfortunately. Benedict Cumberbatch has a difficult role and he just hits the right kind of emotions. It's over the top but never too much. Without him, the movie wouldn't be worth it at all.

    Spider-Man: No Way Home

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

There is no way to talk about this movie without spoilers. So here it goes. Spider-Man: No Way Home delivers I'm every possible way. It's been a while since I have felt like such a fanboy by a Marvel or Sony film. Expectations were high and they were met. That hasn't happened since Infinity War.

I thought Into The Spider Verse was great. This is the live action version of that. Maybe even better thanks to the 20 years of…
