finally got around to watching this masterpiece!! i don’t feel the need to go into detail, as everything that could’ve possibly been said about this film has already been said. i’ll just say i absolutely loved this. truly one of the most iconic and well recognised films ever and for good reason. i was scared that i’d get bored but i wasn’t at all and i was really doing this film a disservice by not seeing it before but i’m so happy i did now. easily became one of my favorite films ever.
some of my favorite highlights: the opening scene. marlon brando holding a cat. the louis’ restaurant scene. the baptism scene. young al pacino. EVERYTHING.
