Luke HM’s review published on Letterboxd:
It’s incredible to see Adam Wingard recognizing (and embracing!) the pure spectacle of the story he was handed. The choice to not focus on relevant environmental strife and political conflicts is the infinitely correct one here, and from it stems some of the most absolutely enthralling action the Monsterverse has granted us. The “Tap or no tap?” gang is outright delightful, and their entire corporate-conspiratorial subplot adds a perfect balance to the overarching narrative. Which, without indulging into spoilers, goes to lengths of campiness so vast that it’s hard not to be enamored along the way.
Overall, it’s fitting to say this fourquel is without a doubt worth its salt. See it on the biggest screen possible.
