how i rate movies are based on my enjoyment.
so basically i watched this after going op shopping and hunting for some cheap dvds to add to my collection. found it for 99c, what a bargain considering how much i enjoyed this movie.
clovefield works well as an experimental film, a found footage film, and a horror. with exceptional choreography from the camera to make it look realistic, it really feels like you're watching found footage. (do all the shakes add to the immersion? surprisingly, yes!!)

now that i had the pleasure to watch spectre to clear up any plot confusions i had, im convinced this is one of the best films of 2021 (so far)
just absolutely explosive, emotional, adrenaline fuelled mayhem, with beautiful cinematography, badass characters, a motivated villain, just all around an awesome movie.
as before, the previous review from my first watch i had no clue what was going on and therfore couldn't fully appreciate it but now on second watch it's…
damned if this movie wasn't fun!!!!
what a great movie. i went in with low expectations due to many critic reviews but came out loving it!!! just chock full of hyperviolence, funny dialogue and i just love harley's don't-give-a-fuck attitude in this movie. the battle sequences were top notch, especially the one inside the carnival ride, where the camera shifts, slides and turns to show the teamwork between the birds of prey during the fight scenes.
a really fun movie and i enjoyed it immensely!!! would watch again
