Always heard a lot of praise about Band of Brothers and I’m glad it lived up to my expectations. Simply the best depiction of war I’ve ever watched, a gut-wrenching masterpiece that does an amazing job honoring the men who went through it and showing how costly war really is, mentally and physically.

A truly engaging and immersive experience with a wonderful cinematography. I really like this concept of placing us in the mind of the killer and David Fincher does it masterfully.

The story is a bit lacking but Fincher is still one of my favorite directors and I’m yet to watch a bad film from him.
