Once again, a very different experience watching this at the cinema
It's even more clear on second viewing that the performances are what's holding this film together. The camerawork is too clean and concise, I think it needs more close ups/handheld camera work. The acting matches the intimacy and intensity of the story but the actual filmmaking (although technically very good) feels too detached for me
